Corruption costs the world economy approximately 5% of GDP, or $3.6 trillion, annually, and estimated monetary losses do not reflect the total cost of corrupt acts. In a context of large flows of cash to address energy/economy transition, and with additional conflict and disruption, how can transparency, accountability and good governance be ensured for an effective and just recovery?
